The Uniform Industrial Corporation (UIC) has officially received the PCI 3.0 approval for the PP795SE Signature Capture PIN pad, its second generation signature capture PIN pad. This security spec serves to protect the magnetic stripe and smart card readers, as well as a higher level of security protection for the casing and PIN keypad. Other requirements include the ability to support remote key downloading.
